Countable and uncontable

The accounting nouns can be counted (one car, two bees) and the countless need a modifier to express quantity (a glass of water).

What are countless nouns? The words like sugar and money are countless in Spanish,
since we can not say
"two sugars", "three monies"

In English they also exist and possess the following characteristics:
They can not be used with articles a / an - It is incorrect to say "a money" They can not be pluralized. It is incorrect to say "3 electricities" They take the singular verb.
The sugar is.
It is incorrect to say " The sugar are ..." Another help might be to think that countless carry quantifiers comomuch and little,
while accounting nouns carry comomand and few quantifiers.

How much?
How many?
much money
many bills
much traffic
many cars
little food
few cookies
little fruit
few apples
