The questions on the label are small phrases or questions (mini-questions) that are placed at the end of an affirmative and negative affirmation and that aim to regulate or deny the content of the phrase itself. Is it the equivalent of truth? Spanish or not? Most used in the countries of America.
THREE BASIC RULES YOU SHOULD REMEMBER
1.Tag questions always use auxiliary verbs.
2.With affirmative sentences we use a tag question in NEGATIVE.
3.With negative sentences we use a question tag in AFFIRMATIVE or POSITIVE.
- AFFIRMATIVE PRAYERS WITH THE VERB TO BE IN SIMPLE OR CONTINUOUS PRESENT
The same verb form is used in NEGATIVE: are not you? Is not he? Is not she Is not it Are not we? Are not you Are not they? Here are some examples:
It's a beautiful day, is not it?
Martha is angry, is not she?
You are really tired, are not you?
They are very nice people, are not they?
You are coming tomorrow, are not you?
Pedro's flying now, is not he?.
- NEGATIVE PRAYERS WITH THE VERB TO BE IN SIMPLE OR CONTINUOUS PRESENT.
